We don't publish fixed package prices, because a number picked before we've walked the property is a guess. Every quote has two clear figures: a one-time equipment & installation cost, and a monthly service & monitoring fee — both itemised after a free survey. No financing dressed up as a subscription, and no long tie-ins.
Five stacking levels, each adding one system: Swell (core network & power), Surge (+ redundant internet), Breaker (+ TVs & displays), Riptide (+ whole-property audio), and Tsunami (+ a satellite third path and 24/7 priority response). Enter where you need and upgrade later as a clean add-on.
Every build ends with a graded certificate like "Breaker · Gold". The level says which systems were in scope; the grade — Silver, Gold or Platinum — says how well they passed, measured with real instruments (coverage, failover timing, battery runtime) and re-tested on schedule.
We build multi-path internet: a primary fibre or cable line, an independent cellular backup that takes over automatically, and Starlink satellite as a third path where warranted. At certification we prove each path, then deliberately cut the primary and time the switchover.
Our Safety layer is cyber and network safety: segmented networks, DNS & content filtering, isolated smart devices, WPA3, and current firmware, reached over an encrypted, outbound-only tunnel. WAVES does not sell, install, service or monitor alarm or life-safety systems. If you need a monitored alarm, we're happy to work alongside a licensed provider.
Support is proactive and remote-first. We watch every managed device 24/7 over an encrypted tunnel and usually fix issues before you notice — a truck roll is the exception. One call or text to (855) 629-9287 starts a rapid remote diagnosis; response speed scales with your service level.
